Welcome to the AMA Football Website. Our football program has been fielding teams for over thirty years. AMA Football and Cheer teams consist of boys and girls in the area of the Hwy. 4 corridor from Copperopolis, Angels Camp, Murphys and Arnold areas. Boys and girls from the ages of 10 to 14 are eligible to play. Our Football and Cheer Staff are run by an all volunteer group who emphasize sportsmanship, team play, safety and respect for others. AMA Football generally practices three days a week from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Copello Park, Angels Camp. Our season begins about the first week of August and runs through the middle of November. We hope to instill fundamentals as well as skill in a fun and motivating atmosphere for the kids.
